In justified cases, it is possible to submit a quantitative or qualitative complaint. This should be done within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The complaint can be sent to us using the address details or the message form available in the "Contact" tab. You can also use the "COMPLAINT FORM" available below. The form must be completed and returned (also via the "Contact" / attachment / select file).
The complaint will be dealt with immediately, but not later than within 14 days of its receipt.
