The possibility of returning the goods is available only to the Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1. Download the return form and then fill it in.
2. Attach the RETURN FORM and the purchase document to the products you want to return.
3. Send the parcel at your own expense to the following address:
