Your personal data is processed in order to establish or maintain business relations between you and the SUNGBOO Company, exchange information about market trends, pursue possible claims, conduct commercial analyzes, as well as implement contracts and agreements binding you with the SUNGBOO Company.

PROCESSING PERIOD
The SUNGBOO company informs that it will process your data only for the period in which there is a legal basis for it, i.e. until:
1. The SUNGBOO company will cease to be under the legal obligation to process your data.
2. The possibility of establishing, investigating or defending any claims related to the contract concluded between you and the SUNGBOO company will cease.
3. An objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - if the basis for data processing was the legitimate interest of the administrator or if the data was processed for the purpose of direct marketing.
