PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR ("ADMINISTRATOR")
The data administrator is SUNGBOO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Chemiczna 14, 22-100 Chełm, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000029870, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court Lublin - Wschód in Lublin with its registered office in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 563-000-07-02. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing or maintaining business relations between you and SUNGBOO®, exchanging information on market trends, pursuing potential claims, conducting commercial analyses, and implementing agreements and arrangements binding you with SUNGBOO®.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- In the event of the implementation of agreements and arrangements binding you with the SUNGBOO® Company, personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing their provisions;
- the legal basis for personal data processing is: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of the contract or art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator; - In order to pursue any claims within the scope of the business activity conducted by the Company;
- the legal basis for personal data processing is: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of the contract or art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator. - In order to fulfill legal and tax obligations in connection with the business activity conducted by the Company
- the legal basis for personal data processing is: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e. legitimate interest. The Administrator or art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) GDPR, i.e. fulfillment of the legal obligation that is incumbent on the Administrator. - Data processed for statistical purposes and analyses, the result of which is not personal data and this result does not serve as the basis for making decisions concerning a specific natural person;
- the legal basis for personal data processing is: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e. legitimate interest of the Administrator. - Other legitimate purposes related to the Company's business activity, including in the case of establishing or maintaining business relations between you and the SUNGBOO® Company, conducting commercial analyses, exchanging information on market trends;
- the legal basis for personal data processing is: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e. legitimate interest of the Administrator.
PROCESSING PERIOD
SUNGBOO® informs that it will process your data only for the period in which there will be a legal basis for it, i.e. until:
- SUNGBOO® ceases to have a legal obligation to process your data.
- The possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending any claims related to the contract concluded between you and SUNGBOO® will cease.
- An objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - in the event that the basis for data processing was the legitimate interest of the administrator or when the data was processed for the purpose of direct marketing.

We have received personal data from you in order to establish cooperation or during it, from websites and commercial databases available on the market.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
In connection with the processing of your personal data by SUNGBOO®, you have the right to:
- Access the content of your data and request its rectification.
- Request the deletion of personal dat.
- Request the restriction of its processing.
- Request its transfer, as well as to object to the processing of personal data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, if it is found that the data is being processed in violation of EU and Polish regulations on the protection of personal data.
INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES
- The Service uses cookies.
- Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User's end device and are intended for using the Service's websites.
